The 32nd Annual International Conference of the Association “Kangaroo without Borders”

2024. one of the most important events related to the “Kangaroo” competition took place in October. On the Atlantic coast, in one of the beautiful Brazilian port cities – Santos, the 32nd international conference of country representatives, members of the association “Kangaroo without Borders” (AKSF), was held. Representatives from 108 countries from all five continents participated.
As part of the conference, AKSF General Assembly meetings were held, where the report on the work done in the previous period, the report on the financial activities of the association, and the admission of new countries to the association were considered.
And, of course, the main goal was to discuss the most interesting, non-standard tasks and compile task variants for the “Kangaroo-2025” competition for different age categories. Now the tasks need to be translated into national languages and adapted to local programs, traditions, and to organize the competition.
There is a lot of work ahead, but we hope that the “Kangaroo” competition will help each participant to test and confirm their abilities, as our competition motto is “Mathematics for Everyone”.
And you can start preparing by studying the tasks from previous years.
